Just now I had a live chat through 'Help' menu of new portal. When I expressed my inability to file Form 10-IE with error message: No response from server', I got the reply 'This issue has been escalated. Wait for some time'. O.K. We will wait. But my doubt is that how it is possible for some assessees only to file Form 10-IE. Anyhow, we have to wait. I have also once again raised grievance.
