In last year, we file our income tax return of our company under new tax regime, due to some mistake did not file form 10 ic,
Now intimation u/s 143 received from cpc for damand of income tax u/s 115 jb.
What is option available with us.

No, for last year it cannot be filed now.. You can file the same for this year but once you select this then it can't be changed for future years also
