Form 10 e

Form 10 E can be submitted without Digital signature
Option of digital signature is asked for Income tax return not form 10E

DS is not required, i just filed, u try again

Check your file You may select DCS option 

There are two ptions Dsc not required for  this

Same problem with me i could not submit the 10e as the window comes as click here to download the DSC Utility and i could not skip it

I have now sucessfully e-filed Form 10 E with DSC. To do that download signature utility from IT website. After unzipping the same open other forms menu in that utility now insert e-token and save signature file in a separate folder. Now go to IT website and try uploading Form 10 E . It will ask for signatuer file. Here attach the saved signature and click submit. 

but while submitting the For 10E, I have been asked to submit Digital Signature
