To claim the Section 80JJAA deduction, you must have a Chartered Accountant prepare and file Form 10DA online via the Income Tax portal at least one month before your ITR filing deadline. Ensure your business and new hires meet all eligibility criteria, such as salary limits (≤ ₹25,000/month) and minimum employment days (240/150 days).
