Form 1 requires resubmission with following queries:
F/1 needs resubmission for IAc(85), share subscirber details., MOA: main object needs corrections., sub cl. 3 needs corrections subscriber page equity total not mention.

Replies (1)
You just have to incoporate comments of ROC and re-submit the form within prescribed time. There will be no filing fees for re-submission.
Take counter signatures of Subcribers or Directors or Authorised Signatory (POA Holder) wherever correction made.
