It is Clause V (Five) of MOA... (a) & (b) may be subclauses of the same..

Check also AOA..

ROC is asking to correct the Capital in MOA, but also check the AOA too..

n Re-submit Form1 along wid corrected MOA, AOA & reqd docx of foreign subscriber etc..

As per your query, ROC required following:

1. Clause V  of MOA deals with Share capital of the proposed company. Please check this clause and keep the minimum paid-up capital up to one lakh.

2. Clause V (a) and (b) deal with name , addtess ocupation and no. of shares subscribed by the promoter. In your case, i think  the promoter (s) is/are non resident Indian, in that case you should file following documents certified/notrised by CA or CS:

(i) ID proof

(ii) Residence proof

please insert these correction in MOA and re-submit upto the date of 20/02/2010.
