Form 1 pproval?

Generally Form 1 takes 2 weeks time. You may be getting the approval shortly.

As regards Form 2, you need to attach the list of allottees showing the following details:

1) Name and address of the allottees

2) Number of shares allotted to each allottee

3) Total amount paid

Thanks. The Form1 Status has changed from assigned to Work in Progress today, hoping it will be done soon.

in case u r makin a new company dere is no need to file form 2 for return on allotment as per my knowledge

Form 1 is for reservation of name.

Form-2  for Incorporation + pay the prescribed fee based on investment by partners in proposed LLP.
