Form 1 - Number of subscribers

Though am not very sure. But let me try. You have 2 choices:

1. Reduce the subscribers to minimum 7. However there is no restriction o max number.

2. Just go ahead with the form 1 i.e. fill 11 in point no. 8 and provide details of min 7.

 Wait for other views.

In Form No. 1, you can fill the details of only 7 (seven) subscribers. In case when there are more then 7 (seven) subscribers, as in ur case, their details u have to file through attachment -
‘Annexure containing details of subscribers’.

Page No. 3 of help file of e-form1 says :

Details of maximum seven promoter(s) can be filed through this eForm. If the total number is more than seven, then details of remaining person(s) can be provided through attachment ‘Annexure containing details of subscribers’.

Enter 11 in point no. 8,  provide details of 7 and attach the complete list of subscribers.. & then upload..

If error persists then u hv to Enter 7 in point no. 8  !

I filled up an excel containing the same details as Form1 and made it Pdf and uploaded..

and it has been approved... thanks.....

Annexure containing details of subscribers

No need to attach annexure. Give details of 3 directors in Form 1 itself.

Insert details of subscribers on plain paper as stipulated in form INC-1.
