Hi my approval for incorporation of company pending & Message diaplay by MCA21 potal "Pending for approval under regulation 17(6)".....
Remarks shown as following-
"Proper headings in docts col.of moa and aoa not given. Kept in reg. 17 to get make compliance from the promoters." could anyone tell me what is pending in MOA,AOA
you can make a complaint at mca website and ask them. They will definitely help

You can check for two things.
1) Whether proper heading like. Main objects, Object incident or ancilliary -- etc etc. is given in the AOA and MOA.--- Im just assuming.
2) Regulation 17 states about Authentication of documents of foreign companies. -
Kindly check whether there has been proper notarisation, legalistation of the documents.
You can always call MCA, they would be in a better position to help you out.
