Forgot to sign the answer sheet

I forgot  to fill hall ticket number on MCQ OMR for ca final law paper,will my MCQ get rejected?? I'm worried about this.please can anyone reply.

I am ipcc group 1 student. I did a signature in my answer sheet that is different from what it is in my admit card though in that sheet which teacher brings has same sign as in my answer sheet will it create a problem??

Yesterday was my ca foundation maths exam.

And i don't remember whether invigilator signed my omr or not.

But yes they do sign my admit card and i also filled my details in attendance register.

What will happen if invigilator forgets to sign ?

I forgot to write and shade the paper No and Intermediate option above the MCq answer Sheet . Does it cause any problem in my evaluation?
