Forgot to file Form 10BA

Hi Friends,

I have a query. One of my client's return of income was filed well within due date. In that return he has claimed deduction u/s 80GG, but forgot to file Form 10BA while filing return. CPC processed the return and sent intimation rejecting 80GG deduction as Form 10BA was not filed.

What is the possible way out for this? Can I file a revise return now and file 10BA along with that? Could you please help me to sort this out?
