Forgot to dot in roll number and write subject
in accounts exam of ipc i forgot to fill the circles and alo write the subject. They have told me to write an application to icai . How and to whom sould i write .

this is the next step to write application...but what was the examiners(guarding personnells) who signs our copy was doinng....its their duty to see that whether all the details are filled by the examinee or not.... humaare examinations fees k paison se hi unko unki fees milti hai....to karte kya h wo log
I don't think this will cause a big issue. Your paper is alloted to specific bar code once you sign and sticker it. You are 95% safe. For your satisfactory sake write to Exams dept. ICAI.
