I want to know:
1- The procedure to retrieve password in CBEC when somebody has forgotten that along with the hint question and answer.
2- How do I change the registered email ID on which all communication takes place.

In such a case, you need to file an application to your Range Suptd for unlocking the A/c.....
The Application need to be signed by the assessee ....in case consultant is submitting the application then he/she need to obtain an authority letter for the same...furthter the latest ST-1,ST-2 and ST-3 are also to be submitted with the application...
Such Application to be submitted at Computer Deptt. of Central Excise Bhawan....
