Forget to Update Principals Membership Number In Service Completion Certificate

I have filled service completion form of Articleship for 9 months completed.
but forgot to update membership no. of Principal. whereas it is there in his stamp. will it be ok?

Please correct it at the of correction window or you can submit request letter along with service certificate

I have uploaded scanned copy only physical copy is yet to be submitted then too I have to concern about that?
