You might get ICAI Journal every month. In April 2009 issue (Page No. 1680) there is one article on same topic. You can go through it.
Forensic accounting is a area in which mainly requires core knowledge of accounting as well as legal representation.It describes engagements that result from actual or anticipated disputes or litigation.It presupposes spurious transaction.
