yes you can claim ftc under section 90
What is the procedure for claim ftc form tds that already paid.??
it's not tds claim but just like 89 relief, ftc have to be under section 90
sir i already unknowingly deducted my FTC on TDS as form 24q ON FY 2016-17. but afterwards only i know that the FTC is separate form TDS. So that after 2017-18 i claimed on FTC for that fy only. Now i want to know that wrongly deducted TDS is APPLICABLE or NOT APPLICABLE. If not means what can i do??
mam... I couldn't understand your exact query. if you have ftc and then the same can be claimed as relief under section 90 or 91
