Please can I request your replies to my below question.
If we receive money through Transferwise/Wise or Instarem (NiUM) from our Foreign Companies into our Indian Bank accounts, then can we request our banks for FIRC copies. Please can someone clarify.

You generally cannot get a FIRC directly from the fintech platform itself because they are not AD Category-I banks. Instead, you obtain the necessary proof (often called a FIRA or e-FIRC) from the partner bank that processed the final leg of the transaction, or via the automated digital tools provided by the platform (like Wise's e-FIRC dashboard).
