For the purpose of vat understandability
Hii,
If we are unregistered dealer selling machinery parts to a dealer who is a registered dealer under vat , then what will be the requirement should be followed by us for the vat compliance so that the buyer can get the input credit of his purchased goods.

In order to avail Input Vat credit the goods should be purchased from a registered dealer. Therefore, in order to issue a vatable invoice you shoud be a registered dealer then only the purchaser can claim input Vat credit.
You need to get yourself registered under state laws, Only then you can issue tax invoices eligible for input tax credit..
