For salarired upto 3.60 PA which is better new regime or old regime ?

Both are equivalent. Finally, no tax liability in either regime.
Nature of assesse . if the age of assesse is above 60 years then not applicable for filing returns except if it crosses threshold limit.
No Tax liability as per above said income.
Decision must be based on information received from the queries.
