Dear All , can you please suggest for salaried person upto 3.60 PA which is better new regime or old regime ?

Both are equivalent. Finally, no tax liability in either regime.

Nature of assesse . if the age of assesse is above 60 years then not applicable for filing returns except if it crosses threshold limit.
