in case of removal of auditor special resolution means
either 2/3 or 3/4th of members attending.

Not of members of attending. It's number members voted in favour against number of members not agree with such resolution.

yeah it's number of members who have voted in favour should be trice the number of members who have voted against...
it doesn't depend on the number of members who have attended the meeting...
