hi frens...

plz let me know few things for pcc exams may 09..

1. all taxable services as given in taxation module are in course or not ? (as they were not in may 08 and nov08 exams) . also specify link to notification in this regard ,if any.

2. for may 09 which assessment year will be applicable? i m having ass year 08-09 book , if i do the additional amendments , do then also the requirement of new book is there?

3. from where can i get all the amendments regarding pcc law and taxation ?

4. is it necessary to learn complete AS and AAS in detail or brief overview will work?

5. what is the difference between smart work and hard work?

1.As there is no notification from the BOS therefore ....... Taxable services is not in the course.... and also major writers have deleted this section from their books.....

2.Ass Yr 09-10

3.as you have pcc may attemp... you have to go trough only amendent upto 31st Oct 2008.....and not after that...... For Taxation go to CBDT site...... and for other ... just go tp MCA site

4.Learing AS and AAS is imp ... as per my Viewpoint... becuse AS has a weightage of 20 marks in Acc paper and are also asked in Audit...... Regarding AAS ... they are equaaly important..... as they audit paper carry around 30-50 marks weightage of AAS

5.Its based on personal opinion.............
