The Finance Act, 2007 is applicable for PE-II Nov,2008 attempt.
So, the Tax Slabs for PE-II Nov,2008 attempt would be as per Finance Act, 2007.
Plz Note that it would not be as per Finance Act, 2008.

The Finance Act, 2007 is applicable for PE-II Nov,2008 attempt. So, the Tax Slabs for PE-II Nov,2008 attempt would be as per Finance Act, 2007. Plz Note that it would not be as per Finance Act, 2008. Quoted by priyanka ,one of our CA STUDENT, abt cst rules now it was 3% for this pe2 nov attempt. good luck bye
