friends its a high time for u people to try i m sorry to say but no need to keep u r time wasting in surfing u will not get anything more than cut and paste over hear few tips which i did i think thats imp for in gernral :-

1. try avoiding every thing entertainment till exams i dnt think there is any need for me to tell u how imp these few months for u , i m telling it from my own expirence i did a mistake i dnt want u guys to do it

2. less food , avoid over eating u fell sleepy

3. weather u understand or u dnt keep reading first time so u are able to get it ..i will tell u how its possible in every subject

4. start study with a theory first bcause to solve the practical u need to get all of u in studies start with audit or icsa thats the best

belive me u will have 20 marks on peerview and ca act and as a member u must know them

as far as exams are concerned this is the most imp topic when u want to clear audit bcause this is the topic u can score 20 out of 20

u need to like answer like this :-

clause 4 part one of first schedule of ca act '1949

so plz plz concentrate on ca act

u guys have 90 days bcause march and april are for revisions so effectively u can get only 10 days for each subject

books for audit :- module its the best for any furture help paduka its best

so i think first think to start with ca act and peerview in audit

isca is an important subject , i found many of us take is easy , its not that so because first it might prove underdog and secondly if u prepaer well it can take away the fear of aggregate marks .

to start with isca you can look for dinesh madan and module , dinesh madan is useful bcause it gives the tabular form where u can remember everything easily ans secondaly its contain the gist of the subject .

first start preparing from the system itself . if u want details i will provide u chapter wise details if u need that but i think to start sudies its better to go for audit itself , there is a chance that if u start u isca u find it very tough bcause the language use in all the chapters are like we dnt understand easily

isca dinesh madan and over look of module is best , dnt belive only on compilers for this plz bcause in the nov. 2010 there is nothing much from compiler .

but belive me its very good book .

under clause 8 part 1 first schedule ca act'1949 , the proper way can be ask in exam remember

u can send the letter by registered post acknoledgement due and by personal hand over with aknowledment .

rather than this any type of letter /communication send to the previous auditor is invalid also for any type of audit communication to pervious auditor is must

for dt singhania is best but as far as*xams are concerned u should go for manahoran

bcause singhania contain so minute things which are not so useful in exams and second u cant remember all that and u get consfussed go for manoharan for direct tax

now dt first start with basics as we already studied but to relook will give u much more confidence then go for chapter serially in the book

for the prodedure part , after u finish all other things i will mail u the flow chart that make u understand how it works so u can able to remember each and every provision in brief without much of hassel , prepare from manoharan and any prob any help contact me here or on my mail

i am not attending classes in costing. is theory part explained properly??

yes and for classes i always tell the best way is to prepare is self study bcause aleast now stop taking spoon feeding yes is very good along with a modules , ravi kishor book make u to get learn from urself

it starts from the basics till the exam question and latest questions its good book have worth to look at it .

what is the time required for ca final preparation ?

see its a question depends upon person to person but i can expect as u guys clear inter/pcc/ipcc to be of normal range

so for any person with normal capacity 80 days for first preparation 50 for 1 st revision and 30 for second and balance at exam times its more than suffiecent

see i know its easy to tell and hard to follow

but if u can give 10 days to each subject with 12 hrs daily study that makes 120 productive hrs then at the time of revision 15 hrs a day for means 80 hrs near by and then 30 hrs and final at exam time , dnt worry its my personal experiance that at start u able to read 100 pages and the day of exam u can overlook with reading all the book of 1000 pages .

if u can do that much i promise u that no one can stop u from getting pass

its very tough for me to leave study join business and then to get back to study to finish my ca final , and i did the same i think u have sufficent time for may 11 exam so u can complete it easily , just u need to put all u r hard work from the day right now
