Its the Common tendecy to judge a Students Ability by marks and rank for tat matter.

But tats not the barometer.

Company wale Tumhe rank ya marks ke basis pehe hire tho karenge...lekin if u are unable to crack the job or sort out clients issue ,No one s gonna bother wat rank or which attempt u passed....

Ull get better clarrity to the asnwer of this Question,just read pawan Sharma -rank holder 3 -nov 11's interview in the latest students journal...

Actually i agree with the things mentioned by KNOWLEDGE SEEKER JI

but

as i experienced, for the FIRST job all these things mentioned by AARCHI singh matter's alot..!!!!

Yes if u get a break through ull get an oppurtunity to prove ur ability...

Do u think getting a beak through is a greater deal than proving ur ability?...

jobless tho hoga par zindagi bar tho nahi na....kabi na kabi ,kahi na kahi job tho job  zaroor milega....

Dear Archi

ICAI declared gud result from recent yr but not giving quality.Articleship is one of the most important part of our CA carrer but most of the student prefer for dummy.

It is not necessary student who passed CA in 1st attempt with rank have a gud knwoledge of work.Book knowledge & practical knowledge is differnet.Every employeer will pay CA for completing of work not for gud marks.

In 2006 or 2008 (yr not sure),CA all India1st rank holder get very gud salary package bt she is terminated within two months because she didn't have working knwoeldge.

ICAI issue notice againts her & her principal & order her to do articleship again for gain practical knwoledge.

It is not necessary if u have gud marks then u have gud knwldge.So no need to wrry if marks is avg & knowldege is gud, u will get gud job.and u have also option for practice.

Archi Client & employer will pay for completion of his work.for which practical knowldege is required.
