dear sir
i have purchased at land 20.00 lak for business purpose and given advance 7.00 lak
and loan section 13.00 lakh
problem is that loan section against first party
land not transfer to second party because if land transfer second party the DLC rate will applied 1947
the second party want to cash for me the balance payment
so how i give to cash to second party for the final payment
kindly help me urgently

If you pay the amount in cash ( Above 2 lakh it will attract penality (269 ST IT act))
For avoiding this sittuation endrose this cheque to your seller's name.
