I am a Propritorship owner who has GST and canceled few days back any my annual turnover was less than 3k. Should I file for Proprietorship busines? and I dont have any other source of income.

if you gross income from all sources ( net salary + net rental income + net income from business profession + capital gains + other sources ) exceeds basic exemption limit then you are required to file IT Return compulsorily.
no u need not to file income tax return but u have to flle gst return

I have canceled and my status is canceled also got SMS approved for canceled. . I am getting pain when ALL INDIA ITR sending messages to download their app and file ITR.

They had messaged approved canceled and I checked on the website too.
Should I file even monthly returns when it was canceled or yearly returns?
