for exemtion of two paper in two consecative exam

Hi, Mithlesh, As per rules and regulation of CA Institute, we can claim only one exemption per group. It means that if you get two exemption in same group then you have to claim either earlier exemption or claim new exemption.Two exempt. can not be claimed at time.

your exemption of May'10 attempt i.e, in tax is valid only.

u can't claim ur nov.'10 exemption.

because for getting exemption u have to appear in all the papers of a group,but in nov.10 u had not appeared in tax,so no exemption.
