Hello...
I have a query that can arrears received during FY 2015-16 can be mentioned in filing return of FY 2014-15...
as return is pending for PY 2014-15 and arrears has been received...

Yeah, it can be mentioned because income is taxable either when it is due or when it is received, whichever is earlier.
