Food subsidiary vs food allowance coupon

Hi,

In my company we are currently providing Sodexo coupon to employee as per the income tax eligibility. Most of employees work in shift timings. We are planning to bring in subsidized or free food to our employees. Is there a possibility of doing this on top of Sodexo. If possible how ? Can you also let me know whether there is any relative IT clause?
