The JR Directory Printer utility allows you to print a listing of every subdirectory and/or file contained within a directory and/or subdirectory. It supports lowercase/dos style filename, file size in KB/bytes, attributes, custom file length, etc

As per your question, it seems u work on DOS Platform. Now type cd folder/subfolder/file then press enter and then type just < DIR> press enter. U would c the file list
otherwise simply type dir/p/a

This will give the result, but I need it in word or notepad. Because I have to take print and file the same. The Tool what Mr. Advantage has given is helping me to come out from this issue. If I can get a Document/Notepad file from DOS mode, please help me to get the same...

you may try KDOC software from hazel infotech which help you to get reports for listing of documents from different perspective.shareware version is avaialble at 4msoffice.com
