Fno/commodity gains/loss

I have a significant portion of my earnings from Salary/Capital Gains. Recently I started trading in Futures, Currency & Commodities. Should I file the loss/gains from Futures/Currency/Commodity trading as capital gains or business income. I am not a registered stock trader, rather a retail investor.

Trading in fno is deemed as business activity so you have to file your itr considering it as business income or loss. For further clarification can call me on 9015980399
