In builty/Consignment Receipt if transporter mentioned Fleet Owner & Commission Agent
and Transporter provide Deceleration of non deducted of TDS
Should i take deceleration and not deduct TDS .WHEREAS HE MENTIONED FLEET OWNER

If he has declared no. of vehicles owned as less than 10 (on his letterhead with PAN)...... you can accept it. Fleet here is synonym for number of vehicles of same type ......
