Fixed deposits of Rs.10 Lakhs in a FY 21-22
I am retired nationalized bank staff(not a senior citizen).I had made fixed deposits of Rs.10 lakhs in my bank in FY 21-22.This is also showing in AIS.But my total income including pension and interest is less than 10 lakhs(Rs.7.50 lakhs).The source of fixed deposits were commuted pension arrears received in March 21.Proceeds of some fixed deposits closed & some new FDR'S.Whether I will get income tax notice?If I get notice which proofs I will have to submit in reply.

getting IT Notice we can predict. however if you get then please submit all previous FDRs Receipt and Commuted pension document.

You will not get any notice, provided you file ITR correctly.
Ca Dhruva kalamanji sir thank you for your guidance but previous FDR receipts given to bank for closure and new FDRs opened
