First time DIN KYC in V3

Hello,

I have DIN since 2017 & filled DIN KYC every year.

1. Will I have to do kyc in V3 before 31 march 2023 or 30 September?

2. For filling first time in V3 verification of CA professional is required or not?

3. I getting error message - Please file eform DIR-3 KYC to submit KYC details for DIN for the first time.

Can I file web kyc by myself because I have done in V2 by myself.

Due Date: 30 Sep of immediate next FY.

If there are no changes to KYC information, you can do it zero cost Web DIN-KYC yourself.

"Any DIN holder who has already submitted eForm DIR-3 KYC in any of the previous financial years and who does not require update in any of his KYC details as submitted, may perform his annual KYC by accessing DIR-3 KYC web service. No fee is payable up to the due date of each financial year. After the due date, a fee of Rs.5000 shall be payable."

I getting error message - Please file eform DIR-3 KYC to submit KYC details for DIN for the first time.

But I have already filled web kyc many times in V2.

Please resolve.

Hello Kumar,

1) You need to file DIR-3KYC on MCA V3 and its due date of filing is September 30,2023.

2) Certification by any practicing professional is required.

3) DIR-3 KYC web will not done even if you have done the same in MCA V2 previous year. So please again file DIR-3 KYC on MCA V3 because data so updated in V2 is not transferred in V3 portal.
