what is the processior of first return submission and timing?

First return GSTR 1 to be filed by September 5th for the month of July.Payment of taxes to be done through form 3B by August 20th.Trans form to be filed within September 30th.
i am not asking about it i am talking after new reg. and fill first return which is not submitted 5 august
