I am incorporating a Private Company. There are two individuals named as First Directors in the Articles of Association. These two individuals do not want to be the Subscribers to the Memorandum. Is it possible to have different persons as Subscribers to the Memorandum?Please clarfiy my qurey. Urgent.

Dear Sheetal,
There is no issue if the First Directors and First Subscribers are different. There is no violation of law whatsoever. Go ahead without doubt.
