Which resolution is required to be passed by members in EGM to appoint First Auditors

Ordinary resolution
the first auditors of the company are appointed by the board of directors,which hold their position only for a period of one year(i.e the 1st year) later on the auditors are to be appointed in the AGM
As per the companies Act,2013 company are required to appointed first auditor in his Board meeting which is held with in 30 days of incorporation and then offer in the First general meeting company make replacement of such auditor and appoint Auditor
