Mam,
Medical charges for employee is to be under employee benefit head or can show as indirect exp.
First Aid kit if related to Factory then show it as Factory expenses else show it under miscellaneous expenses under indirect expenditure.
Doctor fees also to shown under indirect expenses as professional fees.
