section 8 company ki first AGM kab hold ki jati hai? Due Date?

Within 9 months of end of financial year in which such company is incorporated. there is no differentiation between sec 8 and other companies wrt period of holding its first AGM.
Section 96 specifies all the companies other than OPC so.... same
within 9 months from the end of first financial year..
