section 96 is applicable to producer co for AGM?
Section 96 say All the companies except OPC ...
i.e for all the companies registered under companies act 2013 it is same..

but as per sec 581ZA states that first AGM of producer company shall be held within a period of 90 days of incorporation which is different from existing companies act 2013
but section 581Z of company act 2016 states that first AGM of producer company shall be held within a period of 90 days of incorporation which is different from existing companies act 2013
