Private Limited Company incorporated on 01.02.2017.
Shall I Close First FY on 31.03.2018, if so first AGM will be held on or before 30.09.2018?

Ya, as per the provisions of the Companies Act 2013, first AGM can be held maximum within 9 month from the closure of the financial year. So AGM Can be held maximum by 31st December 2018 without any extension
