First agm due date

Hi,

I have a query on First AGM under Co's Act 2013.

Private Limited Company incorporated on 01.02.2017.

Shall I Close First FY on 31.03.2018, if so first AGM will be held on or before 30.09.2018?

Is this correct

within 9 months from the end of the 1st FY
(I.e: 31-03-2018)
however your proposed date is much earlier than 9 months (i.e: within 6 months from end of the 1st FY )
so you can do it

Ya, as per the provisions of the Companies Act 2013, first AGM can be held maximum within 9 month from the closure of the financial year. So AGM Can be held maximum by 31st December 2018 without any extension
