Firm name typing mistake in c form

If there's one character typing mistake in the company name on C Form, can it be accepted ? TIN number, invoice value & other details are correct.

Would I need to get the C Form corrected in such a case ? Because Sales tax department is saying it's okay as they overlook small mistakes. Invoice & TIN should be correct.

What should be done in this case ?
