If there's one character typing mistake in the company name on C Form, can it be accepted ? TIN number, invoice value & other details are correct.
Would I need to get the C Form corrected in such a case ? Because Sales tax department is saying it's okay as they overlook small mistakes. Invoice & TIN should be correct.
What should be done in this case ?
If sales tax department said okay than no problem because TIN is correct so no issue.
tin no same no problem but better name should be correct
in c form other wise it will make problem at the time of assessment
