Dear Sirs,
We are regular imports and exporters. WE have done couple of exports under EPCG scheme few years back and received the FIRC ( or BRC's) from the bank. But we have misplaced it. WE need to close the EPCG liscense. our bankers are reluctant in issuing the duplicate. How to get the duplicate FIRC's and what are its implications. Can you please advise me what do we do now.

Hello,
You can write to your banker to issue the duplicate FIRCs stating that it has been misplaced or lost.
You can also tell them that you are ready to execute an indemnity bond to the bank and ready to recoup any loss arising out of the issue.
Your banker is bound to act on your request.
