Rs 20/day if your return has NIL tax liability
Rs 50/ day if your return has payable

The Late Fee applicable if.,

Nil Return then Rs 20 (CGST Rs 10 & SGST Rs 10)
Other than Nil Return Rs. 50 (CGST Rs 25 & SGST Rs 25)

Nil Return - No more transactions in that particular month...

Other than Nil Return - Any transactions in that month if Purchase or Sales or Purchase and Sales or RCM related activities....

Sir answer is the same.
Even according to me it's 20 Rs for nil returns and 50Rs other than nil return.
