hi..3b return me late hone pr fine lagega...if yes so per day kitna lagta hai..

Yes there is late fees.
Rs 20/day if your return has NIL tax liability
Rs 50/ day if your return has payable
Rs 20/day if your return has NIL tax liability

The Late Fee applicable if.,
Nil Return then Rs 20 (CGST Rs 10 & SGST Rs 10)
Other than Nil Return Rs. 50 (CGST Rs 25 & SGST Rs 25)
Nil Return - No more transactions in that particular month...
Other than Nil Return - Any transactions in that month if Purchase or Sales or Purchase and Sales or RCM related activities....

Okay Madam... "NIL TAX LIABILITY" is different of "NIL RETURN". So, I reply after closed this query.
