A company deducts fine and
penalties from Employees for various reasons. Whether GST is applicable.. If applicable the rate of GST..

No........ if it is in course of employment , it's neither supply of goods nor supply of services.(Refer schedule III)

If penalties are as per the terms of contract of employment then no GST. in other case I think GST is Levy because it's within the meaning of supply
