Finding a partner for my independent practice.

I am a Chartered Accountant with my own independent practice. I am approaching retirement age and want to eventually reduce my workload. I am handling a good number of clients and want someone who can partner up with me and help run my office.I have my own office working space and I have a few people working for me in my office.I wanted to know the best way to get in touch with prospective partners ? I would be grateful if people who have done this in the past can share their experience.
