Find the fraud
If one has made an entry in tally of payment by cheque and drew a cheque from his chequebook but kept in the his drawer without issuing it. What kind of fraud is involved in this case?

As far as your question is concerned. There may be a delay in disbursement of cheque drawn. This fact may not lead to any fraud. You should check the reasons for such expenditure and various other factors to establish such payment as a fraud.
