Can you pls tell me that why we are using Financial Year from April to March as the other countries are using January to December as Financial Year.

because in India Budget is pass in Feb So Financial Year is started From 1st April to Next 31st March

Not at all !!
budget passed in Feb due to FY is begins from Apr, If Fy begins from Jan the budget may pass in Nov or Dec ??
It may be there in the Constitution of India.
