Financial compensation for share transfer in private company

Please guide me here.

I am one of the directors and 25% share holder in a private limited company. I have got a better opportunity and want to resign from the directorship of the company and transfer my shares to the rest of the directors.

What financial compensation can i expect from the company or other 3 directors in lieu of my resignation and share transfers. Do I have any right of financial benefit or one time financial settlement when I resign from the company and transfer the shares. I mean, I am not a normal employee who just leave the company and take his salary. I have invested 5 years in the company and I should reap the financial benefits when I leave the company.
