Can anyone tell what be the sylllabus of final for direct and indirect taxes in lieu of upcoming changes as per direct tax code and introduction of GST ,FOR THE CA FINAL ATTEMPT OF MAY 2011 AND BEYND THT?????

Both Direct Tax Code and GST are still not applicable. Although GST may be applicable from April 1,2010 but there are chances that Direct Tax Code shall be deferred from its recommended date. It will be too early to predict syllabus for May 2011 attempt. You should wait for a notification of Institute; and for exam point of view keep an eye on GST but dont stress yourself for direct tax code at present.
